Non Disclosure Agreement

I have read and agree to the following non disclosure agreement:

1)         Recognising that certain information may be unpublished and / or subject to commercial restrictions under the terms of contracts with third parties, I agree to keep as confidential all information disclosed to me by Life Choices 2000 Ltd (“the Principal”) relating to the project entitled The Rich Life System whatsoever, without the permission of the Principal, or of an authorised agent.

 2)         The undertakings under Clause 1 shall not apply to: 

(i)            any information which I am able to reasonably establish as previously known to me; or

(ii)          any information provided to me by a third party who has the right to make such information available; or

(iii)         any information which may become public knowledge other than through breach of any undertaking contained herein. 

3)         The confidentiality obligation will survive until such time as I may receive formal notice from the Principal, or its authorised agent thereof, of a release therefrom.

Terms of Guarantee 

I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions relating to the money back guarantee applicable to my purchase of The Rich Life System.

A purchaser’s remedy relating to non-performance of the product is to seek a full refund of purchase price..  

In order to seek such remedy the purchaser must show clear proof that he or she has adhered strictly to the instructions for trading provided within the programme. If the purchaser can provide such proof and at the same time offer evidence that the programme did not provide the returns expected, then a refund will be offered on return of the product in good condition. 

This guarantee is limited to thirty days from the date of purchase and refers solely to the opportunity offered to the purchaser to earn back the cost of the programme. Future earnings after that point are dependent on many factors.

MONETARY AND INCOME RESULTS ARE BASED ON MANY FACTORS. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING HOW WELL YOU WILL DO, AS WE DO NOT KNOW YOU, YOUR BACKGROUND, YOUR WORK ETHIC, OR YOUR BUSINESS SKILLS OR PRACTICES. THEREFORE WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR IMPLY THAT YOU WILL GET RICH, THAT YOU WILL DO AS WELL, OR MAKE ANY MONEY AT ALL. THERE IS NO ASSURANCE YOU’LL DO AS WELL. IF YOU RELY UPON OUR FIGURES; YOU MUST ACCEPT THE RISK OF NOT DOING AS WELL.
